Order processing time
We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following working day (Monday to Friday).
Please allow extra time at busy holiday periods, such as Christmas.
Shipping areas and time
Standard shipping - We currently deliver to the UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man using standard shipping service which takes 1-2 days.
Highlands, Islands and IOM etc should allow that deliveries may take an extra day.
2-Man Shipping - Some of our larger or heavier items are sent with this service. You should allow at least 7 working days for this service. Unfortunately, at this time, we only deliver these larger items to England, Wales and Scotland.
Certain items delivered via our 2-Man Service qualify to be delivered to your room of choice.
Rates will be calculated at checkout and will vary, dependant on size/weight of overall package.
Delivery times are estimates and actual times may vary especially at busy times such as the Christmas period.
Please allow plenty of time for your delivery.
 
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@qurios.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and follow up with the appropriate action.  We may request you send us a photograph of the item so we can assess the fault.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items, sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
