Standard delivery is within 2-3 days and Next Day delivery is the next working day if ordered before 1pm the day before. Please note working days do NOT include weekends. Larger and fragile items are sent by independent carriers rather than a courier service so these may take a little longer to arrive. Also at peak periods such as Christmas and Black Friday weekend we recommend you allow a little extra time.

It is not possible to send some items, particularly larger pieces, via a Next Day delivery service. If the product qualifies for Next Day delivery service this option will appear automatically on the checkout page. You can also refer to the Delivery tab on the product page for more information.

Delivery costs depend on the item you have purchased. Our different delivery charges are listed on our Shipping Info page. You can refer to the Delivery tab on the product page to find the category your item falls into. Once you reach the checkout page the shipping will have been calculated.

We can only make amendments to orders that have not been dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible contact@qurios.co.uk with your order details and we will endeavour to make the changes.

We have this facility for items delivered by our courier service. As soon as your order is picked and packed a tracking number is generated and emailed to you. For larger items or if you don’t receive a tracking number please email contact@qurios.co.uk for more information.

Please contact us by email contact@qurios.co.uk or call our dispatch centre 01233 633928 and we will investigate your orders whereabouts. Please contact us the day following the expected date of delivery, as we cannot investigate beforehand.

Our couriers are only contracted to deliver to your door. If you have ordered a large item please ensure you have someone to help you manoeuvre it to your room of choice. They will not remove or take away any packaging and if your item requires assembly they are not able to help with that so please ensure you have arranged someone to help with that if needed.

You can easily place an order online at any time via our website. If you require assistance our customer service can be contacted via the Chatbot on the website or by emailing contact@qurios.co.uk They are actively online Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 4.30 pm (with the exception of Bank Holidays) and will reply to you as soon as possible if you contact them outside of these hours.

We can only make amendments to orders that have not been dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible contact@qurios.co.uk with your order details and we will endeavour to make the changes.

We can only cancel orders that have not been dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible contact@qurios.co.uk with your order details. If your order has been dispatched then you would need to refuse the delivery. Once the order is returned to us we can process a refund.

Please email us on contact@qurios.co.uk to enquire about any out of stock items, we will be happy to advise you when we expect to re-stock or use the ‘Back in Stock’ notification on the product page to receive automatic updates when stock is back in.

Certain items are available for pre-order and these are denoted with a ‘Pre-Order’ icon on the product page along with the estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery date can change due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens to an item you have pre-ordered we will inform you of the delay and offer you the option to cancel your order.

Yes you can, however please be aware that, depending on the estimated delivery date you may have paid for your order before it arrives. All standard Klarna terms and conditions apply.

It may have been necessary to send your order in multiple packages, depending on size and weight. Occasionally this can result in your order being separated by the courier. Please allow the full expected delivery time to pass for all items ordered, as the courier often catches up with these issues, before contacting us to investigate.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and so chuffed that you tell all your friends and family about your new Quriosity, but if you’re not you have 15 days to tell us you’d like to return the item and we will start a return process for you.
In order to bring you the best prices we do not build in a return fee, so you will need to cover this cost and we strongly suggest you return the item in the packaging it arrived in to ensure it reaches us intact and valid for a full refund
